Patient21 seeks an experienced, passionate, and hands-on leader in patient acquisition to drive further growth of our network (50+ clinics across Germany). In this role, You  will be responsible for creating and implementing both online and offline marketing strategies to reach, acquire and engage our potential patients.


  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies focused on patient acquisition

  • Manage paid and organic growth, leveraging expertise in SEO, SEA, paid social and other channels

  • Efficiently allocate and manage marketing budget across different channels, applying effective attribution models to assess campaign success.

  • Constantly seek opportunities to enhance the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and achieve a higher ROAS

  • Plan and oversee the execution of offline marketing strategies by the Offline Marketing Manager, ensuring alignment with the overall marketing and company's objectives and online marketing campaigns

  • Analyse and interpret data across all marketing channels, optimising strategies, and performance, and maximising return on investment.

  • Develop and provide comprehensive reports on marketing campaigns for key stakeholders, offering insights and improvement recommendations.

  • Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in digital marketing, especially within the healthcare industry, and apply these insights to enhance patient acquisition strategies.


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economy, Math or a related field; and at least 3+ years of experience in a similar role

  • Proven track record in developing and implementing effective customer acquisition strategies.

  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques.

  • Excellent understanding of customer journey optimization and funnel management and strong ability to empathise with our (potential) patients Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.

  • Highly creative with the ability to think out-of-box.

  • Data-driven decision maker with excellent interpersonal communications and problem solving skills.

  • Good technical understanding of web based technology 

  • German C1+, English C1+
