YOUR ROLE

We are looking for a full-time Senior Online Shop Manager (d/f/m) to join Pallit's Shop Team. We run and market Pallit.com in 9 countries and 5 languages. Pallit offers low-priced pallet trucks, stackers, and forklifts to small and medium-sized companies.

Our Shop Team is:

• Cross-functional: We are a team of seven - developer, designer, marketeers, editor and product owner
• Agile: We work in Scrum with two week sprints, plannings and refinements. We sync in a daily standup and via Slack. We use quarterly OKRs to achieve our goals
• Remote: We live in 4 European countries - some of us work fully remote
• Lean: We have low management overhead, a high level of trust in one another and we value a learning and growth mindset

As a Shop Manager, you will:

• Daily optimize wordings, numbers, images and video on product detail pages, categories and other content pages in German
• Regularly add new products and pages
• Help to launch new countries
• Manage AI, content creators and translators to create and edit content for all our languages
• Ideate and create new tickets for yourself and colleagues to improve Pallit.com
• Support the team in our marketing efforts with SEA, SEO, PR and email marketing
• Work jointly with our product owner, designer and developer to bring new features live - from ideation, design, development, testing, deployment to monitoring

YOUR PROFILE

• Solid 4+ years experience in full-time product or shop management
• Previous experience in an agile e-commerce environment, preferably B2B
• Experience with Shopify, Google Analytics, Google Sheets (or similar tools)
• Graduated with a Bachelor's or Master’s degree
• Highly structured, strong marketing sense and analytical mindset
• Attention to detail, joy in precise working and a good sense of image aesthetics, writing composition and visual web design
• Drive to continuously deliver value with a lean mindset aimed towards growth
• Fluent in English and German
• You are based in a country within the European Union
• A plus but not a must are: Experience in performance marketing, fluent French, Italian, or Dutch, and basic SQL skills
