Customer Success Manager

Description

  • Be the primary contact for our rapidly expanding customer base
  • Develop customer support process and create its content (e.g. documentation, case studies)
  • Carry customers through the onboarding process and set the tone for an excellent service and support
  • Help customers continually achieve their objectives and ensure their measures of success are met through product adoption
  • Spot opportunities to help customers grow their business and when suitable up-sell our solution
  • Identify customers that are ‘at risk’ and set recovery plans in place to win them back
  • Be the champion for the customer's voice, and feedback it to develop our business and product strategy

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in a customer success role at an early stage B2B SaaS sales environment
  • Fully proficient in written & spoken English (C1) and German (C1), additional languages are a plus
  • Sharp attention to details and highly organized
  • You feel at home in a high-growth environment where we don’t know all the answers, but are willing to learn and improve what we do with plenty of opportunities to expand your skills
  • High-level of empathy and analytical mindest to solve customers' problems
  • You enjoy building relationships with stakeholders and customers and you’re passionate about creating trust and value
  • Creative thinker, initiating and implementing new ideas to better our customers’ experience
  • You get pleasure from doing a great job and going the extra mile for clients
