Is this you? As a consultant within the Customer Engagement Unit you are in the Think Tank of the agency, guiding our clients through their digital transformation. The positioning of ecx.io as a strategic and creative partner for our clients is the main focus of your work. You are a source of ideas and inspiration for account management, as well as for user experience and development teams, and lead the development process for central creative themes.
- Strategic consulting in the digital transformation process
- Development and implementation of multi-channel strategies
- Development of online strategies and customer journeys
- Independent preparation and execution of customer workshops and presentations
- Close collaboration in the fields of insights management, user experience, digital marketing, account management and development
- Active collaboration in new business and participation in pitches
- A minimum of five years’ professional experience in strategic consulting in the digital environment
- Understanding of brand strategy and customer experience
- Fundamental technical understanding of content management systems
- Experience with eCommerce projects is an advantage
- Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written German and English
- Ideally you will have already worked in digital agencies
