Our service enables businesses and couriers to deliver goods efficiently and sustainably on the last mile and we are proud to be trusted by some of the world's most exciting delivery companies such as Gorillas, Flink, MAYD, Wolt, Just Eat Takeaway.com as well as thousands of independent couriers.

YOUR MISSION AT CYCLE

  • You develop and implement a comprehensive growth strategy to drive CYCLE from 1 to 10
  • You identify new markets and growth opportunities, which lead to the opening of new markets through independently developed partnerships
  • You analyse data to optimise marketing and product development efforts and identify opportunities for improvement
  • You lead and mentor a team of growth professionals, set goals and drive performance
  • You work closely with the CEO and other senior leaders to align growth efforts with the overall vision and direction of the company

YOUR SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • You have the ability to develop and execute a long-term plan to drive the company's growth
  • You use data as an underlying resource to informed decision-making and optimized growth efforts
  • You have a strong knowledge of marketing principles and techniques, and experience developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
  • You have experience in leading and mentoring a team, and to work effectively with other departments and stakeholders
  • You are not afraid to follow new paths and have the ability to be flexible and adapt to changing market conditions and the needs of the business
  • Your highly professional communication skills, both written and verbal, enable you to effectively communicate the growth plan and its progress to the team, stakeholders and the broader marketplace
  • You possess excellent English language skills (must-have), German and additional languages are a plus
