We are looking for an account executive who will accompany us on our mission to prepare for success in their job through better education. We work with a number of different clients, but we \ ‘ve specialized in developing world-class training programs for sales people.

Our sales team is still under construction, so there is an extraordinary opportunity to enter the early stages of a fast-growing sales team and help shape the foundations of our distribution.

who are we

  • On average, it takes 8-12 months for employees to work productively in their job. We believe in a better way to train employees so that they are fully operational faster.
  • We are a well-funded startup in the early stage (~ 7 employees) in the education technology market. We are supported by  Founders  .
  • We believe that training must be tied to real performance. We specialize in working with sales teams to help their employees achieve faster completion.
  • The success is in our hands. We have proven that there is a market for our product and now have to perform excellently to make our vision a reality.

Who are you

  • Deutsche/r Muttersprachler/in, mit fließenden Englischkenntnissen in Wort und Schrift.
  • Neugier dafür, Kunden zu verstehen, ihre Probleme zu diagnostizieren und die richtige Lösung zu verschreiben.
  • Exzellente Kommunikations- und Schreibfähigkeiten. Du schaffst es, eine Nachricht in wenigen Sätzen zu vermitteln.
  • Fähigkeit, Beziehungen zu Kunden auf VP Level aufzubauen.
  • Zielgerichtet, fokussiert, engagiert und ambitioniert ein Sales Champion zu werden.
  • Du bist selbst-motiviert und hast ein hohes Maß an Eigenständigkeit. Du engagierst dich und kommunizierst proaktiv mit dem gesamten Team.

Was du tun wirst

  • Den gesamten Verkaufszyklus von Outreach über Qualifikation bis zum Abschluss verwalten.
  • Eine Pipeline durch Akquise, Networking und Marketing aufbauen.
  • Einkäufern mittlerer und großer Unternehmen aus Sales, Customer Success und HR Teams durch unser Produkt zu einem Mehrwert zu verhelfen.
  • Einen datengetriebenen Sales Forecast pflegen und Sichtbarkeit für unsere Umsatzpipeline schaffen.
  • Unseren Produkt-Pitch und unsere Positionierung basierend auf Kundenfeedback entwicklen.
  • Feedback zu Marktentwicklungen in unsere Vertriebs- und Produktteams geben.

Our sales team is just starting out, so this is an awesome opportunity to get in at the ground floor of a fast growing sales team and shape the foundation of how we do sales.

Who are we?

Who are you?

  • You believe in our vision of continuous learning and you live by it. You will bring your talent to the table but also your openness to feedback so we can learn and validate ideas.
  • Strong desire to work in sales at an early-stage startup.
  • Sales experience is preferred, but energy and killer attitude is more important.
  • Native German speaker, who is fluent in verbal and written English.
  • Curious to understand customers, diagnose their pains and prescribe the right solution.
  • Excellent communication/writing skills. You\\\’re able to get a message across in just a few sentences.
  • Ability to build relationships with VP-level buyers.
  • Goal-driven, focused, dedicated and ambitious to become a sales champion.
  • You are self-motivated and can plan your own work. You are proactive in communicating and engaging with everyone on the team.

What will you be doing?

  • Managing the entire sales cycle from outreach, qualification to close.
  • Generating new pipeline through outbound, networking and marketing.
  • Selling value to mid-market and enterprise-level buyers from sales, customer success and human resource teams.
  • Maintaining a data-driven sales forecast and visibility into our revenue pipeline.
  • Developing our product pitch and positioning based on customer feedback.
  • Delivering feedback on market trends to the sales and product teams.
